This leading provider of navigation products is searching for a skilled Android Developer to take a vital role in developing new features and migrating existing navigation apps from XML to Jetpack Compose for their flagship applications.

What you’ll do:

•Develop and enhance new features for the navigation applications.

•Lead the migration effort from XML to Jetpack Compose, ensuring a modern and efficient codebase.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly mobile experiences.

•Write clean, maintainable code while continuously improving the app’s performance and usability.

•Ensure that the applications remain robust and scalable, even with rapid development cycles.

What we’re looking for:

•Solid experience with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.

•Strong understanding of Android development principles and modern architectures.

•Proven experience in UI development, especially when transitioning from XML-based layouts to Jetpack Compose.

•Passion for delivering high-quality mobile applications with attention to detail.

•Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting (Eindhoven or Amsterdam).
