Project Manager

G2 are currently looking for several Project Managers to join our client who is primarily focused on the offshore EPIC projects industry.

The client has an immediate need for Project Manager and a Senior Project Manager (Package Manager) to join them on a permanent basis to support offshore energy related projects (Oil and Gas, Exploration, Extraction)

The role will suit projects personnel with experience in the offshore construction sector, ideal experience will be working with offshore EPC/EPIC type organisations, sub-contractor or client side offshore projects experience is also considered.

Specifically you would be working on projects related to offshore field redevelopment, CAPEX and OPEX packages for Oil and Gas majors.

Project Manager, Senior Projects (Package) Manager Specification:

START: October, November 2025

LOCATION: Rotterdam Region, hybrid working

SALARY: €90,000 - €120,000 per annum + package

Essential Skills:

2-10 Years’ Projects or Engineering experience – ideally within the offshore industry

Technical Engineering background – Mechanical, Electrical, construction or Structural beneficial

Experience working on offshore projects, ideally for EPC or installation contractors

Experience with offshore field development, FPSO, Platform development or redevelopment

Ability to handle budget, planning and manage sub-contractors/packages

English speaking is highly preferred.

The client is an offshore EPC company who works across a broad range of offshore projects; covering offshore package management, project management for delivery, engineering & design and construction for Offshore Rigs, FPSOs and similar projects.
