Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Position: AI Engineer (Open to junior through to lead-level talent)

Compensation: Exceptionally competitive, with flexibility to align with individual expectations

What they’re looking for:

• Strong academic foundation in Computer Science, Maths, Physics; Master’s in AI is a plus.
• 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML/DS roles, ideally with production-level LLMs.
• Deep understanding of NLP, LLMs, and real delivery experience, not just experimentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in finance is a bonus, but not essential.
