Senior Technical Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 3–5 concurrent hardware–software projects from concept to launch
• Translate visionary ideas into actionable roadmaps, sprints, and milestones
• Define deliverables, budgets, risk registers, and success metrics
• Lead cross-functional teams across mechanical, electrical, firmware, software, AI, and data science disciplines
• Provide hands-on technical support and guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Facilitate weekly executive updates with clear reporting, issue tracking, and strategic recommendations
• Challenge assumptions, validate concepts through rapid prototyping, and propose alternative solutions
• Implement agile processes (e.g., Kanban, OKRs) tailored to fast-paced innovation environments
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies in AI/ML, optics, edge computing, blockchain, and more

Your Profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Software Engineering, Physics, or a related field
• Profound experience leading complex, multidisciplinary R&D or product development programs
• Proven track record of creative problem-solving, innovation, or patent contributions
• Self-directed and accountable - able to manage priorities and flag issues proactively
• Strong understanding of both hardware and software development processes
• Demonstrated project management expertise in tech-driven environments
• You combine strategic oversight with a hands-on mindset—ready to dive deep when needed.
• You bring genuine enthusiasm for emerging (new) technologies and a strong drive to explore and learn continuously.
