Role Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and multilingual delivery leader to manage the execution of Enterprise Solutions programs—including SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other platforms—for our manufacturing clients across Europe. This leader will ensure delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and business growth through strong governance, cultural alignment, and stakeholder engagement across diverse European geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Delivery and Business development for enterprise technology programs across SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other platforms for specific manufacturing clients in Europe.
• Drive the integration of AI and GenAI solutions into enterprise platforms to enhance automation, analytics, and user experience for the clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery milestones.
• Collaborate with offshore and nearshore teams to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery.
• Support pre-sales, RFP responses, and solutioning for new opportunities, including AI/GenAI-led transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with TCS delivery methodologies, local regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage escalations, risks, and delivery KPIs across multiple client engagements.
• Build and mentor onsite teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Experience:

• 20+ years of IT experience with at least 8 years in a delivery leadership role in Europe.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise solutions (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.) for manufacturing clients.
• Experience in implementing or managing AI/GenAI use cases within enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of European manufacturing industry trends, compliance requirements, and digital transformation drivers.
• Experience managing multi-country, multi-vendor delivery programs in a global delivery model.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Certifications in relevant enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) are preferred.
• Proficiency at Swedish language in addition to English is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Comfortable operating in multilingual and multicultural environments across Europe.
