Security Incident Coordinator

As a Security Incident Coordinator you’ll play a vital role in protecting the companies, services, and customers across the Visma Group. In this role, you’ll make sure the right people are in place when it matters most, and that we’re solving the right problem with the right solution.

Your ability to quickly assess situations and prioritize appropriately will be key to keeping us secure.

Key Tasks Include

  • Coordinating and allocating resources during incidents and recommending actions to minimize impact.
  • Working on the aftermath to ensure we’ve identified the true root causes, defined the necessary follow-up actions, and tied up all loose ends.
  • Improving incident management processes for smarter and more efficient responses in the future.
  • Promoting awareness and readiness around incident and crisis management across the organization.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with a solid technical foundation, people skills, and a passion for information security. You’ll have a few years of hands-on experience in roles such as SOC analyst, AppSec, or security/crisis management.

  • You enjoy meeting new people and easily connect with others, whether it’s colleagues, external partners, or customers.
  • You communicate complex issues in a way that’s clear and understandable, tailoring your language to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You’re systematic, detail-oriented, and always ready to adapt as new information emerges.
  • You’re fluent in English - bonus points if you’re proficient in additional European languages.
  • You are familiar with GDPR and other security/privacy regulations and frameworks.
