• Project Manager/Coordinator - Logistics for device manufacturer/OEM
• Logistics and Test Sample management including SW upgrades on test devices and shipping to internal/external stakeholders
• Good to have understanding of wireless technologies –GSM, WCDMA, LTE and 5G
• Documentation, bug creation and internal coordination between teams

Job / Skill Description:

• Must have – Experience in a logistics, operations, or supply chain role.
• Must have – Proficiency in data analysis and dashboard maintenance using tools like LookerStudio or PLX. This is a key requirement, as you will be contributing to the ongoing development and maintenance of our existing dashboards.
• Must have – Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Nice to have – Experience working with Mobile OEM/ODM

Job Responsibilities:

• Sample Demand Planning: Collaborate with the team to forecast sample needs and develop a strategic plan for managing sample inventory.
• Sample Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all pre-production samples, ensuring proper tracking and organization from arrival to shipment.
• Sample Shipments & Distribution: Coordinate the logistics of shipping samples to our partners, including preparing documentation and working with shipping carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery.
• Purchase Requisition Creation: Generate and process purchase requisitions for new samples and related materials.
• Dashboard Maintenance: Take ownership of the team's data dashboards, ensuring they are regularly updated and maintained using tools like LookerStudio or PLX.
• Packaging Reviews: Collaborate with the XFN team to review the content of packaging materials for NPI devices.
• Provide timely and accurate feedback to ensure all packaging meets team and partner requirements.
