The Opportunity

We’re currently looking for a Data Scientist to join our Customer Insight & Analytics team. Someone who is passionate about data-driven decision-making, has a strong analytical mindset, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for uncovering insights, leveraging AI, and making a meaningful impact, this role is for you.

This position offers flexibility with a hybrid work model, combining remote work with regular collaboration at our Gothenburg office. We believe in balancing in-person teamwork with focused individual work to maximize both productivity and innovation.

The Role

In this role, you’ll be expected to apply advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling techniques to extract valuable insights, optimize customer engagement, and drive business impact.

  • Analyzing large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Developing predictive models and machine learning algorithms to enhance decision-making.
  • Designing and implementing data visualization for stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Digital, operations, and product development.
  • Communicating findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you should be highly analytical, adaptable, and a strong communicator. You should enjoy working in a collaborative environment and be able to manage multiple projects with a strategic approach.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python or R, combined with strong SQL skills.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly.
  • A solid understanding of statistics and optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of data security and ethical considerations in data analysis.
