About You:

• Relevant education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience in development using Kotlin or Java.
• Strong skills with React for frontend development.
• Solid understanding of both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB).
• Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with developers and other team members.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English (minimum level B2).

Bonus points if you have experience with:

• Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Kubernetes and microservices.
• DevOps practices and test-driven development.
• Structured logging and metrics.
• Tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab (or similar).
• Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, MC-FW, OKR, or equivalents.
• Cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Working in autonomous teams that own and operate their own solutions.
