ReactJS Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a suite of service desk technology applications to support IT operations and enhance user experience.
• Take ownership of both new and existing solutions - including desktop, web, and cloud-based platforms, ensuring modern, intuitive user interfaces and robust backend architectures.
• Integrate automation and diagnostic tools to streamline IT support processes across multiple operating systems.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, implement enhancements, and address technical challenges.
• Stay proactive in monitoring application health, troubleshooting issues, and optimising system performance.
• Be adaptable and ready to contribute to the development of future applications and innovative ideas as our technology needs evolve.

Requirements:

Technical Skills

• Proficient in full-stack development:
• Frontend: ElectronJS, React, VueJS, NodeJS
• Backend: Python (Flask/FastAPI)
• Strong scripting skills: PowerShell (Windows), Bash (MacOS/Linux)
• Experience with AWS services: EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, AWS Connect, IAM, etc
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, security practices, and application architecture

• Problem-solver: Excellent analytical skills to diagnose issues and propose robust solutions.
