Tech Project Manager – Next-Generation Air Traffic Management (ATM) Platform

We are seeking a technically proficient Project Manager to lead the delivery of our next-generation cloud-native, data-driven Air Traffic Management (ATM) platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work on real-time, high-impact solutions that transform airspace operations.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of cloud and data engineering projects.
• Drive Agile/Scrum practices, manage backlogs, and facilitate sprint ceremonies.
• Coordinate workstreams across AWS infrastructure, batch & streaming pipelines, and data platforms like Databricks.
• Track risks, manage dependencies, and ensure high-quality, secure, and compliant deliverables.
• Engage with vendors, maintain technical documentation, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Champion continuous improvement and remove delivery bottlenecks.

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience managing technical projects in cloud-native & data engineering environments.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and platforms such as Databricks.
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

🌟 Preferred:

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Databricks, Delta Lake.
• Exposure to AI/Gen AI or intelligent agent workflows.
• Familiarity with aviation data standards (ADS-B, ARINC 424, flight schedules).
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, AWS Solutions Architect
