We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the central point of contact for coordinating technical marketing data projects involving internal engineering teams and external vendors
• Develop detailed project timelines, roadmaps, and documentation for initiatives involving analytics, audience management, reporting infrastructure, and MarTech platforms
• Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts, data scientists, engineers, and marketing stakeholders to ensure deliverables are aligned and on track
• Support program governance by leading recurring check-ins, status updates, sprint planning, and issue/risk tracking
• Help bridge business requirements with technical delivery by facilitating requirement clarification
• Identify project risks and dependencies early, propose mitigation plans, and escalate issues proactively when needed
• Ensure documentation of processes, workflows, and data governance activities is tracked and organized
• Support adoption of agile best practices across teams and encourage adherence to standardized frameworks
• Coordinate review and sign-off cycles across business and technical stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management engineering or a related field
• 3-5 years of proven experience in project management and team management
• Solid understanding of digital marketing operations and data touchpoints such as CRM, analytics, paid media, and campaign execution
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build rapport across technical and non-technical audiences—able to understand project needs and translate into actionable plans without being deeply technical
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills; able to manage multiple workstreams with diverse stakeholder groups
• Comfortable working in complex organizations with ambiguous, ever-changing situations and quick to adapt to new tools and frameworks
• Strong grasp of agile methodologies and ability to facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and delivery tracking; Scrum Master certification is a plus
