User Experience Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our client, a global hospitality brand. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing digital experiences across both web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for its. The ideal candidate will have a passion for intuitive and sophisticated user interfaces that align with its reputation for excellence.

The main responsibilities include:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to conduct user research, including persona development, user interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights into guest behaviour and preferences

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that demonstrate effective UX and streamline the customer journey from discovery to booking, emphasizing ease of use and elegance

- Ensure design feasibility and alignment with brand guidelines and overall business objectives

- Develop visually appealing, responsive UI designs that reflect luxury brand standards, ensuring consistency across all platforms (desktop, mobile, apps)

- Develop and maintain design systems, including style guides, pattern libraries, and interaction guidelines to promote consistency across digital products

- Collaborate on A/B testing initiatives, usability testing and data analysis to refine designs and increase engagement and conversions on digital platforms

- Stay up to date with current UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices, bringing new ideas and solutions to improve the guest experience

- Ensure that all designs comply with accessibility standards and guidelines
