We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their data career to work alongside experienced analysts, apply data-driven insights to real business challenges, and contribute to meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize raw data from multiple sources
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Assist in building dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Support senior analysts in data modeling and forecasting tasks
- Work closely with different departments (marketing, product, finance) to understand data needs
- Maintain documentation of data processes and project findings
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and analyses
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SQL
- Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio)
- Basic understanding of statistical methods and data wrangling
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator and a team player with a learning mindset
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis
- Internship or coursework in business analytics or similar field
- Familiarity with CRM, Google Analytics, or data pipeline tools
