Position: Solution Sales Consultant (ANZ)

You’ll provide thought leadership, anticipate industry trends, and work closely with senior decision-makers—both within our strategic customer accounts and Lenovo’s own leadership. Your expertise will help architect tailored solutions that solve complex business challenges, drive innovation, and create measurable business impact.
What You’ll Do
Client Engagement & Strategy
- Partner with Country Client Managers to develop strategic account plans, deeply understanding customer priorities and translating them into high-impact opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships across the customer’s full buying coalition, ensuring Lenovo is the trusted technology partner at every stage.
- Act as the customer’s advocate inside Lenovo—mobilizing teams, clarifying vision, and ensuring urgency in delivering outcomes.
Solution Design & Delivery
- Lead solution development in collaboration with business development managers, presales teams, and ecosystem partners.
- Provide consultative advice on managed services, systems integration, and IT operations to improve customer experiences.
- Orchestrate technical program discussions, considering customer environments, privacy, and integration needs.
Sales Enablement & Execution
- Shape the sales process—aligning presales deliverables, managing timelines, and ensuring compelling presentations and demos.
- Present ROI-driven business cases that clearly differentiate Lenovo’s solutions from competitors.
- Support pricing strategies—aligning standard or custom solutions with financial modeling and licensing considerations.
Market & Competitive Insight
- Stay ahead of market trends, bringing fresh perspectives that positively influence customer outcomes.
- Use competitive intelligence to clearly position Lenovo’s strengths and value proposition.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 8+ years in the technology industry in a sales or solution architect role; people management experience a plus.
- Expertise: Solid understanding of IT solutions, managed services, and systems integration; knowledge of Lenovo’s portfolio and competitors is an advantage.
- Influence: Confident in engaging with C-level executives; able to simplify complex problems and inspire decision-making.
- Mindset: Consultative, collaborative, and solutions-driven; able to spot opportunities for innovation.
- Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication; strong critical thinking; adept with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM systems.
