Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance backend services using Golang.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Mentor and guide team members, promoting best practices in coding, architecture, and software delivery.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of applications in production environments.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and system architecture decisions.
• Drive improvements in development processes, tooling, and automation.

Must-have Skills

• Professional software engineering experience.
• 10+ years of experience developing applications with Golang.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript for backend or frontend applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

Nice-to-have Skills

• Experience with Node.js or Kotlin.
• Database experience with DynamoDB, MySQL, or BigTable.
• Familiarity with AWS and/or GCP cloud services.
• Experience with Docker and Terraform for infrastructure automation.
