We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to a pivotal reengineering project.

Our team, comprising a Scrum Master, Developers, and Testers, adheres to Scrum methodologies to facilitate the migration of Oracle (Forms) technology to React.

Responsibilities


  • Support functional queries to enhance team efficiency
  • Analyze existing functionality to propose and implement migration solutions
  • Recommend enhancements to applications and associated processes
  • Address functional questions and aid the Scrum Master in resolving blockers
  • Collaborate with the team during story refinement sessions
  • Correct and develop process code to meet project needs


Requirements


  • 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis
  • PL/SQL development experience
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA
  • Knowledge of Java and React technologies
  • Experience in large-scale projects and multi-disciplinary team environments
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Analytical capacity combined with problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in planning, control, and project oversight
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Autonomy, flexibility, and proactive mindset
  • Upper-intermediate proficiency in English (B2+)


Nice to have


  • Background in both front-end and back-end technology integration
  • Competency in facilitating team workshops or Agile ceremonies
