Objectives of this role
As Senior UX Designer, you will lead the design strategy and execution for our website and digital advertising assets. You will ensure that every user interaction from ad click to landing page, delivers a frictionless, engaging experience that drives conversions. Your work will directly impact lead generation, student acquisition, and revenue growth.
This is a performance-focused design role that combines creative leadership, UX best practices, A/B testing, and strong collaboration with marketing, product, and analytics teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Experience & UX Design
5+ years' experience in UX/UI design with a focus on high-converting digital experiences (preferably in B2C, EdTech, SaaS, or ecommerce).
Strong portfolio showcasing website, landing page, and ad creative design.
Deep understanding of UX principles, behavioural psychology, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and design collaboration tools.
Experience working with performance marketing teams and interpreting campaign data.
Knowledge of front-end capabilities and limitations (HTML, CSS, JS basics).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field.
10+ years of experience as a UX Designer / Web Designer.
Proven experience as a UX / Web Designer or similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
Website Experience & UX Design
- Lead UX and UI design for the company website, with a specific focus on conversion optimisation (CRO) and lead generation funnels.
- Translate user research, marketing goals, and analytics into user flows, wireframes, and responsive designs.
- Design and iterate high-performing landing pages based on campaign requirements and A/B testing insights.
- Ensure all web experiences are inclusive, mobile-first, and aligned with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+).
- Design ad visuals and creative templates (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) that align with brand guidelines and drive measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to analyse performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CVR) and iterate on creative accordingly.
- Build design systems for marketing collateral to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Own the UX optimisation roadmap for the website and ad-to-page journeys, including heatmap reviews, user behaviour data, and conversion funnel audits.
- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests in collaboration with the digital team.
- Partner with SEO and performance marketing leads to ensure design supports technical and content strategy.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Admissions, and Tech teams to ensure designs reflect business needs, student needs, and campaign objectives.
- Act as a UX thought leader and mentor to junior designers and marketers.
