What we are looking for:

FairPlay Sports Media are looking for an Enterprise IT Support Engineer to come on board and work with our new Enterprise IT Manager to take control of and improve the current back office enterprise IT estate, working with our third party supplier management and ongoing BAU support of the IT function. This is the perfect role for someone who wants to be a key part of a small team making big changes and delivering major improvements to the wider business.


FairPlay Sports Media comprises of around 260 individuals working out of multiple offices and remotely across the UK, Europe and the Americas. A leading brand in the price comparison market for betting and iGaming, with significant growth due to strong leadership into new markets and recent investment, we are looking for an individual comfortable working at a rapid pace and supporting users both in-person and remotely.


We currently have a mix of both Windows and Mac computers and Android and Apple mobile devices in our IT estate, all of which we need to provide exceptional end user support for while always ensuring a high level of security.


This is a blended role between BAU support, Continual Improvement projects and Cyber Security response and monitoring, definitely not just a help desk. You will be given great autonomy to find and deliver improvements to the Enterprise IT estate and work closely with stakeholders at all levels of the business to ensure a high level of user satisfaction.


Key responsibilities: (in no particular order)

· Day to day management of a new ITSM based service desk, triaging and working on all Incidents, Service Requests, and Problem tickets.

· Owning the documentation of any system or process you come across to build out a complete and thorough Knowledge System for the wider team and future engineers.

· Engage with all users throughout the business to find low-level issues and work on a fix.

· Monitor group licensing across our estate (e.g. slack, lucid chart) looking for improvements and simplifications to be delivered.

· Ensure hardware and software is fit for purpose across the business and vulnerabilities are identified and patched as well as kept up to date in the CMDB.

· MDM maintenance and updates across all devices (Intune/JAMF).

· Owning and delivering key one-time projects e.g. rebranding and tool migrations.

· Investigate problems and progress to resolution or escalation and where needed, actively liaise with other department’s support teams or other 3rd Party suppliers to resolve issues.

· Work with our Cyber Security Lead to deliver security improvements across the estate.

· Assisting with the management and review of major Incidents and identifying root causes and workarounds for problems.

· Carry out regular Preventative Maintenance to ensure the reliability and security of the Enterprise IT Estate.

· The potential for site visits to other FairPlay Sports Media locations as and when necessary.


Please note that this role follows a hybrid work model, with a mandatory requirement to work onsite at our Vilnius office at least two days per week.


Essential Knowledge and Experience: (in no particular order)

· Microsoft 365 Administration

· MDM experience (Intune and JAMF)

· Desktop platform support of Windows 11 and Mac OS

· Zero Trust networking solutions (e.g. Prisma Access)
