Medior & Senior Data & AI Consultant

We are looking for Medior and Senior Data&AI Consultants to fill several positions.

Location: The Netherlands (primarily Randstad region, hybrid working model)

Languages required: Fluent Dutch and professional-level English

General Requirements for Both Roles

• Proven experience in data and AI project delivery
• Experience in consulting, stakeholder management, and client-facing roles
• High level of autonomy, professionalism, and accountability
• Willingness to work on-site 1–3 days per week as needed
• Strong fit with a people-first, collaborative team culture in a smaller agile team structure

Senior Data & AI Consultant

Experience: 10+ years in data, AI, or digital transformation

Key responsibilities:

• Lead data-driven transformation projects across sectors (public, defense, aviation, manufacturing)
• Define data and AI strategies, provide advisory services, and manage complex client engagements
• Participate in pre-sales, proposal development, and opportunity assessments
• Oversee solution design and guide implementation of advanced analytics and AI platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks, Power BI)
• Drive stakeholder engagement and support organizational change initiatives

Profile:

• Strong leadership, communication, and consulting skills
• Capable of working autonomously and leading smaller teams
• Comfortable in dynamic, people-focused environments with a high degree of freedom
• Familiar with Agile, Design Thinking, and ADKAR methodologies

Medior Data & AI Consultant

Experience: 5–10 years in data, AI, or related consulting roles

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver and support AI and data transformation projects in collaboration with clients
• Translate business challenges into technical designs and solutions
• Contribute to the implementation of data platforms, models, and visualisation tools
• Work closely with clients and internal teams across various sectors (e.g., government, logistics)

Profile:

• Solid technical and analytical background
• Effective communicator with the ability to engage professionally with clients
• Socially adept and a good cultural fit; values autonomy and responsibility
• Experience with Power BI, Azure, Databricks, or Python is a plus
