Software Engineer - Golang/.NET – 2 days a week in Manchester - £45k

Are you a .NET Developer with experience working in Golang? This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Software Engineer to join a fintech company in Manchester as they transition from Golang development to a .NET platform.

This role is ideal for a mid-level developer looking to join a team with a clear path for progression into a senior role. As a Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in transforming their systems and integrating modern SaaS solutions.

The company is rewriting their Golang systems in .NET and will be using React for the frontend. You’ll work across the full development lifecycle, moving the platform to .NET, with React on the frontend and AWS for cloud development.

This role would suit a Software Engineer who is comfortable with full-stack development and has experience with RESTful APIs and third-party API integration.

The position is hybrid, with 2 days a week in the Manchester city center office.

The interview process is straightforward with just 2 stages and no take-home tech test, so it can be completed within a week.
