Product Manager/Product Expert

Introduction

As a Business Analyst (Product Expert/Manager) for one of Nespresso development teams, you will play a crucial role in managing the client requirements and move the teams in a successful delivery of a cutting-edge application for our client. Beside all the roles and responsabilities described above, your mission will be as well to foster a high-performing, self-organizing team environment that upholds Scrum values and ensures the smooth execution of Agile practices.

Your Role And Responsibilities

Responsible for creating and aligning teams around the product's vision, goals and success metrics, to drive impactful business outcomes for the client. Responsible for gather insights, perform market and customer research, and perspectives from multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and translate the vision and priorities into Product team work streams and creation of the product/s backlog/s. Will work with stakeholders to get buy-in and approval on all major directional decisions for the product.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

3+ years of experience In a BA role and solid knowledge on BA concepts

Technical background, not as developer but to have been working in software

delivery and understand technical solutions and impact (APIs, eCommerce tools and

systems like CMS - nice to have hybris, Drupal, Store Management and Core

configuration, analytics, Personalisation)

Extensive knowledge of Agile principles and standards (SCRUM certification is a plus), nice to JIRA and Confluence
English Language proficency
Analytical competences and attention to details
Resilient, able to work with deadlines
Solid communication skills and client facing
Abilities to synthesise complex information from multiple sources and identify

impact in multiple systems
