Artificial Intelligence Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining AI and machine learning models that enhance our product offerings. Your work will directly contribute to improving patient outcomes, provider efficiency, and business intelligence within the healthcare domain.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions in areas such as predictive analytics, natural language processing (NLP), and intelligent automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data science, clinical SMEs) to identify AI-driven opportunities.
• Build and manage pipelines for training, evaluating, and deploying models in production environments.
• Work with large datasets (structured and unstructured) to extract insights, build features, and improve model accuracy.
• Monitor and improve model performance over time; ensure model fairness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and data strategy involving AI components.
• Document models, processes, and workflows for internal use and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production.
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
• Experience with NLP techniques and frameworks (e.g., spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Familiarity with data wrangling, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
