Your Profile

• You'll be a Data-driven, growth-oriented Monetization Manager to work closely with product and growth teams on monetization strategies across our mobile app portfolio
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Management, Economics and other related departments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• 1+ year of experience as a Product Manager / Data Analyst in mobile apps business
• Passionate about digital products; tech-savvy and eager to explore new technologies
• Never-ending desire to grow and learn
• Highly motivated and responsible. High attention to details
• Curious and creative thinker who enjoys solving problems and testing new ideas
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, ability to adapt and learn new data tools quickly (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Firebase, Appsflyer etc)
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and leadership qualities with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities
• You have hacker and creative mindset

Responsibilities

• Research industry trends and competitive landscape to quickly act on opportunities as they come up
• Manage engaging in-app features and contents
• Deeply understand our users, what makes them keep using our products, what drives churn
• Ensure success and growth of the product by developing a product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management framework
• Collect and analyze requirements, write clear and detailed MRDs, PRDs, UI/XU & flow, wireframes, defining A/B test and user stories
• Propose and implement successful optimization strategies and solutions based on data. Drive product evolution through data analysis and user feedback
• Analyze the success of the feature once its released to production, responsible for the usage data and patterns, and run tests to optimize & improve performance and business results
• Constantly think outside of the box to inspire change with new testing ideas
