Your Missions
The Poultry Veterinary Services Specialist is a member of Veterinary Services team for delivering customer value, lead the product leadership and increasing our overall business results.
With technical leadership, this position is the external and internal technical advocate of our product brands as well as the company brand. This position provides technical input in case of questions; requests or complaints related to the Ceva products or diseases areas.
He/She will spend the time in the farms of the Strategic Accounts doing troubleshooting, audits, necropsies, sample collection for disease monitoring and product monitoring.
He/She will be part of the Strategic Accounts Management Team, being fully aligned with the action plan written in the Account Business Plan, which is led by the Strategic Account Manager.
He/She will also contribute technical non product related projects for the Strategic Accounts, leading the value creation from the technical side.
Essential Job Functions
Spend as much time as possible in the broiler/breeder farms of the Strategic Accounts.
Provide technical product and disease training, supporting the product positioning, to customers;
Build and maintain relationships with strategic accounts;
Follow up on technical questions and complaints related to our product portfolio;
Work closely with the Country Veterinary Services department on the implementation of the Global strategy.

Your Profile
- Veterinary degree.
- Minimum 5 years of field experience (practice).
- Team player with high degree of customer focuses (Listening and questioning).
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills: ability to handle several tasks simultaneously.
- Good at English (both passive and active).
- Residing or will be able to reside in Bolu or Adapazarı
