About Caterpillar Financial Services Division

Cat Financial supports customers by offering tailored financial products and services such as finance leases, operating leases, and purpose-specific loans. We have a unique structure that enables us to meet specific financing needs for Cat® machinery.

Role Definition

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern who is nearing the completion of their studies and is looking for practical work to complement their studies. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR environment providing administrative and organizational support for local HR operations as well as regional teams across Europe. The intern will have an opportunity to participate in projects around data, data privacy & digitization.

What You Will Do

• Support the digitization of HR documents and processes
• Organize and manage HR files in compliance with local regulations, data privacy and retention schedules
• Assist in preparing, reviewing and updating HR contracts and documentation.
• Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of HR processes including how we manage data retention and analysis
• Collaborate with the broader EAME HR team on various strategic and operational projects

• A problem-solver with critical thinking ability
• An interest and/or understanding of general HR principles
• Currently pursuing a degree in one of the following fields: Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Sociology (with a focus on work, organizations, or labor), Business Administration (with a demonstrated interest in HR)
• Fluent both in Polish and English (any other European language would be an asset)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills) and comfortable working with digital tools as well as data analysis
