Delivery Manager

We are seeking a Delivery Manager to lead small cross-functional teams and ensure the end-to-end delivery of projects for clients using Catalyst Integration Manager, our innovative fintech integration platform. This role is key to ensuring smooth implementation and customization tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Responsibilities

• Project management and support of technical or customer projects (Budget, Time, Resources, Risks, Tasks)
• Participate in the presales phase and conduct the process supported by other team members
• Draft proposals for clients
• E2E responsibility in projects
• Ensure technical excellence in terms of technical documentation and delivery
• Integration and set up of processes with regard to compliance-, Security- and Business continuity requirements
• Risk management of projects
• Continuous Improvement processes with our full team
• Explain complicated topics in an understandable manner to audiences of different technical capabilities
• Support business development with use-case analyses and workshops for potential clients
• Build key relationships with stakeholders and customers
  
  

Requirements

Must Have:

• Master's degree (computer science or similar) or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of relevant experience in the IT sector, of which at least 3+ as a PM
• Understanding of software development
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Highly proficient in spoken and written in English
  
  

Nice To Have

• Knowledge of the financial sector and financial messaging
• Experience with SWIFT services
• Experience specifically in the payments sector
• Interest in Blockchain and emerging technologies
• Proficiency in Spanish
