AI / Machine Learning Engineer

The Greater Change is seeking an innovative **AI / Machine Learning Engineer** to join their Client.

This role entails designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models to solve complex problems and optimize processes across various applications.

As an AI / Machine Learning Engineer, you will collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to create cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance decision-making and drive automation. You will also play a key role in researching new algorithms and techniques to keep our technology at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable machine learning models and algorithms
• Analyze and preprocess large datasets to extract meaningful insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into existing applications
• Research and apply the latest trends in AI and machine learning to improve system performance
• Test and validate models to ensure their accuracy and reliability

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Solid understanding of algorithms, concepts, and techniques in AI and machine learning
• Familiarity with data preprocessing and visualization tools
