Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and ensuring the completion of projects within defined scope, schedule, and budget.


Mandatory Skill-set


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • Must have 8 years of experience in technical project management, focusing on applications, infrastructure, and compliance;
  • Must have strong understanding of application development, infrastructure, and IT security;
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards relevant to the organization's operations;
  • Proven expertise in managing complex technical projects from planning to execution and delivery;
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices;
  • Skilled in analyzing requirements and providing effective solutions;
  • Strong communicator with solid problem-solving abilities to manage technical challenges and ensure project success.


Desired Skill-set


  • PMP Certified;
  • Agile certifications (Product Owner or Scrum Master).


Responsibilities


  • Conduct detailed evaluations of potential applications to ensure they meet the organization's needs;
  • Define evaluation criteria based on functionality, compliance, security, and scalability;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to shortlist applications that comply with regulations and align with business goals;
  • Plan and manage the implementation of chosen applications, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems;
  • Coordinate with development and IT teams to oversee the deployment process;
  • Ensure applications are configured according to regulatory standards and organizational policies;
  • Assess current infrastructure to verify its ability to support new applications;
  • Identify and implement necessary infrastructure upgrades to improve scalability, reliability, and performance;
  • Lead infrastructure projects, including hardware and software upgrades, to support new applications;
  • Create and execute detailed project plans, tracking progress against timelines and budgets;
  • Perform thorough vulnerability assessments to detect security risks and apply strong measures to protect applications and data.
