Fullstack Engineer (Backend, AI)

With real revenue, rapid growth, and a massive market ahead, we’re now looking for an exceptional Fullstack Engineer (Backend, AI) to join us —owning key pieces of the product and setting the culture for years to come.

You’re not just joining as another dev. As a Fullstack Engineer (Backend, AI), you’ll be at the core of what we build, ship, and scale. You’ll work side-by-side with founders and a small, elite team on real product and technical decisions. You’ll see your work go live fast and make a real impact for our customers—and for the business.

What you’ll do:

• Architect, design, and build mission-critical features end-to-end (front and back)
• Ship, own, and iterate on production code (Python, Node.js, React)
• Integrate state-of-the-art AI/ML models (think LangChain, open-source LLMs, etc.)
• Work closely with founder on technical strategy, product roadmap, and scaling decisions
• Shape and mentor the engineering culture—code quality, reviews, process
• Move fast: deploy, test, get feedback, repeat

Who you are:

• Our stack is Python, React, Node.js, Postgres, and AWS
• Strong communication skills with a variety of stakeholders
• Deep understanding of system design, architecture, and microservices
• Experience shipping zero-to-one products and iterating rapidly
• Passion for clean, scalable code and a bias for action
• Hungry to learn and experiment with new tools (especially in AI/ML)
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you take ownership, push through ambiguity, and love building with others
