Role Description

This is a remote role for a Co-Founder at Stealth Mode. The Co-Founder will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the fintech startup, developing business plans, leading fundraising efforts, and building partnerships in the financial technology industry.

Looking for experienced General Partner or Fund/ Wealth management background who worked and understand end to end lifecycle of fund/ asset management, ideally from private equity or VC or Capital Markets.

• Proven track record of successful business development
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Understanding of Transfer Agency, Fund Management process and lifecycle of asset, funds.
• Strong knowledge of capital market and different asset classes (PE Fund, Debt, RE, Bond, Mutual Fund etc.).
