HR Business Partner – Medical Devices & Pharmaceuticals

Join a leader in medical devices and pharmaceuticals, renowned for innovation, quality, and improving patient outcomes. We are seeking a highly capable HR Generalist to support the growing operations. This role will work closely with leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR initiatives, with a strong focus on talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to organisational goals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including:
Workforce planning and identifying future talent needs.
Drafting and posting job ads, managing candidate sourcing channels.
Screening, interviewing, and facilitating selection processes.
Managing agency relationships where required.
Coordinating onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and development initiatives.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Partner with leaders to identify high-potential talent and succession planning strategies.
- Lead, coach, and develop a small HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Apply knowledge of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industries to ensure compliance and best practice HR processes.
- Drive HR initiatives that align with the specific needs of technical, clinical, and regulatory environments.
About You:
- Proven HR generalist or BP experience within a fast-paced, regulated industry (medical, pharmaceutical, biotech, or similar required).
- Solid end-to-end recruitment experience across technical, commercial, and corporate roles.
- Previous experience managing or mentoring a HR team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
