Roles And Responsibilities

• Define the Tower product strategy, vision, and mission to meet the Tower business line long-range plan
• Drive the product roadmap and prepare business case calculations based on projected revenue streams and development efforts to prioritize investment decisions
• Continuously update and share the internal and external product roadmap
• Manage feature requests based on sales and marketing feedback, tender requirements, customer visits, and inputs from regulatory and standardization bodies
• Capture new concepts and technologies in accordance with the Idea and Innovation Management process
• Prepare the market requirement specification, evolve the HMI design, and refine the Controller Working Position concept
• Support the creation of detailed feature descriptions
• Support the market launch by generating commercial, marketing, and training material
• Effectively communicate the Tower product strategy and unique selling points (USPs) to both internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with the corporate product portfolio and identify cross-business line use cases within the ADB Safegate Airside 4.0 strategy
• Represent the Tower Business product line inside and outside of the company
• Support Sales and Projects in customer meetings
• Participate in bid and sales campaigns
• Interface with the sales and development departments as well as corporate management
  
  

Skills Required:

• Several years of experience in the aviation industry; ideally with a sound understanding of Air Traffic Control (ATC) and Air Traffic Management (ATM)
• Solid track records in software products and industries
• Experience in a B2B, working with public administrations or governmental agencies is a plusStrong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to balance customer, sales, and business needs
• Entrepreneurial mindset with economic know-how, professional skills in leadership, communication, budget/project planning, stakeholder management, negotiation, facilitation
• Personality with assertiveness, solution-orientation, organizational skills
• Be able to define and communicate a vision for a product, be mature in external and internal discussions when representing the industry and the ADB Safegate Tower product area

As required by Austrian law, we are obligated to state this minimum salary. The minimum salary according to the IT collective agreement for this position is EUR 4,485.00 gross per month (14 times per year).
