We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (HRIS, Workday) for our client in the financial industry in Schwyz.
The role is permanent.
In this role, you will support HR Operations by building domain knowledge, gathering requirements, and providing solutions. Acting as a subject matter expert on Workday and HR applications like Beqom, you will evaluate releases and identify optimization opportunities. The role includes developing and maintaining Workday reports, supporting business process changes, and assisting with testing integrations and security. You'll ensure up-to-date business documentation, share knowledge with the HR team, and contribute to group-wide HR application training. Additionally, you'll promote continuous learning and the use of Workday’s self-service features for HR stakeholders.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably with technical Workday or training experience. Proven expertise in HR processes and employee data reporting, along with the ability to gather and assess business needs, is required.
