Title: Freelance IT Project Manager – Pharmaceutical Industry (Berlin)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact digital and systems projects for a leading pharmaceutical company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, oversee third-party vendors, and ensure that solutions are implemented successfully, on time, and within budget. The role offers the opportunity to influence key technology initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects across ERP, MES, LIMS, QMS, or related platforms.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to achieve project goals.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Prepare progress reports and present to senior leadership.
• Drive process improvements and ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ IT project management experience, ideally in pharma or biotech.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
• German C1 and English fluency.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
