Project Manager

Trafi (an Enghouse Company) offers a scalable and comprehensive MaaS (Mobility as a Service) platform designed to integrate complex transport networks into a single, user-centric application. The company’s white-label product enables cities and public transport authorities to connect various mobility options. These include public transport, car rental, taxi and micromobility (bicycles, scooters, etc.), integrated into a unified, truly multi-modal journey planning platform. Trafi’s solutions are trusted by major cities such as Berlin (Jelbi), Brussels (Floya), and UK (Breeze).

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Project Management team and lead the successful customization and deployment of Trafi’s solutions for our clients. You will work closely with leading mobility providers and some of the world’s largest cities.

This is a Hybrid role based in our Vilnius office, offering the flexibility to work from home or the office according to your preference. In this position, you will report to the Manager, PMO.

Responsibilities :

• Deeply understand Trafi strategy and platform capabilities and be able to clearly communicate them for clients
• Manage multiple stakeholders including clients, partners and internal teams
• Represent client needs for specific project within Trafi
• Deliver quality solution on time and within budget
• Contribute to platform development strategy
  
  
  

Qualification and Experience:

• 4+ years of experience leading complex technical projects
• Ability to plan and estimate complex projects and experience in delivering them
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies
• Great communication skills to various stakeholders from clients to developers
• Ability to clearly articulate complex ideas for clients and internal teams
• High sense of responsibility and ownership to solve complex problems
• Ability to understand technical problems and requirements
• Any certification in project management would be an advantage
  
  
  

Salary:

The salary range for this position is 3,916 – 4,333 EUR gross per month (47,000 – 52,000 EUR gross per year), with the possibility of a higher offer depending on the candidate's experience and competencies.
