About the role


Product Management


• Collaborate with business stakeholders, clearly understand business needs to

create the product vision

• Understand market and customer demand to set the Product Roadmap

• Own the Product Roadmap, driving the ongoing development of products and

services that meet our customer business needs

• Management of the entire product life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities

• Working with vendors and partners to include their offerings in AC3 products and services

• Drive continuous improvement across our existing products and services

• Develops metrics and measures the success of new products.



Internal Enablement


• Communicate rationale for new initiatives and product features, inclusive of

strategic fit, cost models, pricing and customer value to the rest of the business

• Conduct training and enablement on new and existing products and services

• Act as an escalation point for our internal teams for product information



Delight Customers


• Be a relentless customer advocate delivering a world-class user experience that solves real customer problems

• Be an advocate for our customers’ needs by building strong, direct relationships with them

• Be part of a team that reliably delivers on the needs of our customers



Required Experience


• 4+ years’ relevant work experience as a Product Manager, Product

Owner or within a Product team

• Proven ability to create new Products that meet market requirements

• Go to Market Product experience with some technical background.

• Proven ability to self-manage, prioritise and deliver outcomes based on

strategic objectives


Skills, Knowledge and Abilities


• Passionate about customers with a strong capacity to understand

market and strategic drivers to set clear goals and define problems

• Obsessive about helping create the ultimate customer experience

• Good understanding of a standard Product Management lifecycle

• Combination of technical aptitude, commercial, and product

management skills, communication, negotiation and decision-making

ability

• Ability to solve problems with consideration to business impact.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to

communicate with multiple stakeholders and peers across technical

and non-technical, written and verbal communications; proven

document and report writing skills; well-developed negotiation, time

management and planning skills

• Experience in building and maintaining relationships across the business

to drive product development and growth

• Ability to solve complex and detailed problems using an analytical and

data driven approach with strong attention to detail



Qualifications and Certifications


• Tertiary qualifications in IT, business or a related field (or equivalent

experience)
