Responsibilities:

1. Recruit and Onboard Local P2P Merchants

• Identify and onboard qualified P2P merchants, including those from competing platforms.
• Ensure merchants meet platform standards, including:
• Availability for listings at least 8 hours per day
• Minimum daily listing volume of 500 USDT with competitive pricing
• Support for local payment methods
• High trading performance (e.g., strong completion rate, positive feedback, timely payments)
• No involvement in fraudulent or unethical trading practices

2. Support Local Offline Events

• Help in organizing local events

3. Strengthen Merchant Relationships

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local P2P merchants
• Collect and deliver weekly feedback to enhance platform services and support merchant needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry
• Proven business development skills and strong communication abilities
• Solid understanding of P2P trading and local payment ecosystems
• Event planning and organizational experience is a plus
