Position:

We are seeking a Software Engineer with hands-on experience in integrating AI applications into backend systems. This role involves dataset construction, AI system integration, and pipeline evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of cutting-edge AIGC (AI-Generated Content) applications.
• Evaluate model performance and drive data-informed optimizations to improve accuracy and system efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including modeling and product—to shape the strategic roadmap for AI/NLP initiatives.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into production systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Experience building AI pipelines that directly support product features.
• Proficiency in Python and some level of experience with ML frameworks is preferred (sklearn, pytorch)
• Theoretical foundation in ML, with a focus on model evaluation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven, analytical mindset.
• Proven ability to excel in a remote work environment and lead an international team across multiple time zones.
