AI/ML Developer - 6 month extendable

The Senior AI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing AI-powered solutions. This includes integrating AI models into Business systems, and ensuring high accuracy, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Development: Great knowledge on tools like Airia, n8n, power apps or similar for low code - no code development.
• AI Model Development: Design and implement advanced models using natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) techniques.
• Integration & Deployment: Collaborate with implementation engineers to integrate AI solutions into Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and ensure seamless deployment across desktop, mobile, and web platforms.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI solutions comply with healthcare standards including HITRUST CSF and data encryption protocols (TLS, 256-bit).
• Performance Optimization: Continuously improve model accuracy, latency, and adaptability through feedback loops and real-world usage data.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with data scientists, developers, and engineers to enhance product capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, preferably in healthcare.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and NLP libraries.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and on-premises deployments.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
