🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, acting as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Align data analytics initiatives with business priorities to maximize ROI and performance.
• Drive prioritization and execution of analytics projects that address critical business needs.
• Lead change management initiatives to build data literacy and foster a data-centric culture.
• Communicate complex analytical insights in a clear, actionable way to senior leadership.
• Track and report on performance KPIs to measure business impact.
• Champion best practices in data governance, compliance, and workflow efficiency.
• Stay ahead of trends and drive innovation in business engagement and analytics.

✅ What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in analytics or business engagement, with at least 5 in senior leadership.
• Strong technical understanding of data analytics tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau), DWH platforms, and governance frameworks.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and change management capabilities.
• Deep strategic thinking with strong business acumen and problem-solving orientation.
