Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Mobile Developer with strong Android experience, some knowledge of iOS, and the motivation to learn Flutter. You will be part of a cross-functional team working on the development and maintenance of a mobile solution that is evolving towards Flutter. While prior Flutter experience is not required, a strong willingness to adopt it is essential, as it will become a core part of your daily work.
Work modality: Hybrid – 3 days on-site in Retiro, Buenos Aires, and 2 days working from home.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure mobile applications (initially in Android/iOS, transitioning to Flutter).
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to review and contribute to wireframes and visual mockups.
- Integrate proprietary and third-party software and hardware components.
- Optimize mobile applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Product Owner to refine requirements and help define the project roadmap.
- Follow Agile methodologies and contribute to team ceremonies and planning.
- Stay up-to-date with new mobile technologies and cross-platform development trends (especially Flutter).
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or in progress).
- Proven experience in Android development (Java and/or Kotlin).
- Basic knowledge or exposure to iOS development (e.g., Swift, Objective-C).
- Interest and willingness to learn Flutter and work with it on a daily basis (training will be provided).
- Solid understanding of mobile development tools, frameworks, and architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVP).
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git), agile development, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, result-oriented mindset.
- English level: B1+, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
