As part of the Rapid Response Team, you will work alongside highly skilled engineers who specialize in deep technical troubleshooting, system optimization, and collaborative incident resolution. This tight-knit group operates at the intersection of development, operations, and customer success ensuring our systems remain stable, reliable, and responsive.

This is you

Strong background in .NET Framework and related technologies

• C#, Visual Basic (.NET), ASP.NET
• WPF & XAML
• Proficiency in Vue.js for modern front-end development.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and DynamoDB.
• Working knowledge of Java.
• Cloud fluency in AWS, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex environments.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering for diagnostics, log analysis, and accelerated troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  
  

Experience with authentication and identity technologies:

• Duende Identity Server, OAuth 2.0, SAML
  
  

This is your role

• Act as a first responder for urgent, high-impact incidents affecting product performance.
• Maintain and improve legacy .NET applications while contributing to modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure rapid, accurate incident resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures to enhance system stability.
• Utilize AI and LLM tools to accelerate diagnostics and identify solutions faster.
• Work with AWS services for deep-level troubleshooting, monitoring, and operational improvements.
• Support secure authentication and identity solutions across products.
