What You’ll Do
As a Backend/API Integration Specialist (Apprentice), you’ll play a core role in:
API Integration & Architecture
- Build and optimize FastAPI-based microservices to power real-time AI agents
- Integrate external APIs (ATS, CRM, VoIP, storage, etc.) to automate recruitment and sales workflows
- Maintain a robust and scalable API layer for our AI stack (Auth, RAG, prompt orchestration, etc.)
- Ensure clean, secure, and structured data flows between internal and external system
- Contribute to API monitoring, logging, and error handling
Tooling & Dev Practices
- Work with async Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, SQL/NoSQL
- Contribute to our Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and documentation
- Participate in sprint planning and bring your ideas to the table
Must-haves
- You are not afraid to work hard to achieve ambitious goals.
- You’re excellent in Python and understand backend logic
- You’ve already used FastAPI or want to become an expert in it
- You’re familiar with REST APIs, OAuth2, and basic data structures
- You care about code quality, edge cases, and scalability
- Experience with async Python, Pydantic, Postgres, Redis, Docker, or GCP
- Previous API integration experience (even via personal or school projects)
- Knowledge of how to secure APIs and manage rate limits
- You’re in a Bachelor or Master program in Computer Science / Engineering
- You want to grow fast, work on real-world systems, and leave a mark
- You’re curious, rigorous, and passionate about automation and architecture
- Bonus: working with agentic workflow (A2A, MCP)
