Job Purpose
We are looking for a Junior Product Owner in the Digital area to join our growing Product team to be part of the Digital Dept. Come, build with us!
As Digital Store Sales PO Intern you will support the Product Owner for the evolution of store checkout tools across the Group with the goal of driving a client centric approach across the organization. You will work closely both with the business (Store Operations, Digital Retail, ..) and IT teams to understand their requirements and to provide guidance on how technology can support their goals.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, development and implementation of all digital and technological store digital sales projects, ensuring on time execution and delivery
- Partner on a day-to-day basis with software engineers, Operations, Scrum Masters, QA team and UX/UI designers to reach one common goal
- Work hand-in-hand with the other Product Owners in your area; partner and seek support from the Lead Product Owner in your area; contribute to the Product Owners chapter through knowledge sharing and exchanging best practices
- Support in defining the Use Case vision, strategy and goals. Work closely with the other POs to ensure consistent product experience for the customer.
Successful studies in business management or engineering
Preferred Knowledge Of Store Checkout Process
Knowledge of AGILE and Waterfall project management tools
Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira);
Familiarity with SCRUM, Agile or Design Sprint methodologies
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and written skills
Ability to maintain positive and healthy relationships with all project team members
Flexible, adaptable to change, and able to multitask in a fast-paced diverse environment
Fluency in English and Italian, knowledge of other languages represent a plus although not mandatory
