We are seeking an experienced and pragmatic Product Manager – Commercial ML Systems to lead the development and rollout of machine learning-based capabilities that directly support our commercial and go-to-market teams. In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling ML-driven products that optimize core commercial functions such as pricing, targeting, segmentation, churn prediction, product recommendations, and more. You will partner closely with data scientists, ML engineers, IT and business stakeholders to turn commercial goals into high-impact, production-grade AI capabilities.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of ML-based commercial optimisation tools (e.g., dynamic pricing, churn prediction, next-best-action models)
• Translate business needs into product roadmaps, balancing technical feasibility, commercial impact, and stakeholder expectations
• Collaborate closely with data science and engineering teams to ensure robust delivery of scalable, production-grade ML systems
• Define and monitor success metrics (KPIs) aligned with commercial outcomes such as revenue uplift, churn reduction, or marketing efficiency
• Engage with commercial stakeholders to identify pain points, generate ideas, validate solutions, and drive adoption
• Continuously refine product features and models based on real-world performance, feedback, and business priorities
• Work with IT and architecture teams to align on infrastructure, deployment, and model governance standards
• Maintain transparency of progress, roadmaps and backlogs via tools like Jira, Confluence, Airfocus
  
  

YOUR SKILLS:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on data-driven or ML-based products
• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, model lifecycle, and MLOps principles – you don’t need to code, but you understand what makes a model viable in production
• Experience working with commercial teams (marketing, pricing, customer retention, etc.) and translating business challenges into data-driven solutions
• Proven track record of delivering products that leverage algorithms and data science to drive measurable impact
• Familiarity with modern tech stacks and tools used in ML product development (e.g., Python, APIs, cloud ML platforms, monitoring tools)
• Hands-on experience with agile delivery and product tools like Jira, Airfocus, Confluence, etc
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate business and technical conversations with ease
• Fluent in English (C1+); German a plus
