As the Senior Project Manager and Scrum Master, you will build effective project management and agile methodologies from the ground up.  You’ll support over 100 employees and contractors within the operations and software development team in agile practices while ensuring seamless collaboration to drive efficiency and meet strategic objectives.

• Design and implement project management frameworks to ensure projects across technical (software development) and business teams (sales and marketing) are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.
• Guide the team in adopting agile methodologies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.  For sales and marketing, adapt agile principles to fit their workflows, promoting collaboration and productivity.
• Implement agile ceremonies for software teams and structured check-ins for sales and marketing, ensuring alignment and visibility across departments.
• Outline scope, timelines, and resource needs, adjusting milestones as needed to keep projects on track.
• Act as the primary liaison across departments, managing expectations and providing updates on project progress, challenges, and dependencies.
• Identify and resolve project roadblocks, applying agile and traditional methods as appropriate, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Track and report on performance and team metrics, conduct retrospectives, and refine practices for continuous improvement.
• Use Confluence to create a centralized repository, documenting key decisions, milestones, and lessons for team access across time zones.
  

• Proven experience in project management (5+ years), with at least 2+ years in a Scrum Master role.
• Strong command of Agile and Scrum methodologies; proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent English communication skills, essential for daily cross-regional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving abilities, with a successful track record of navigating project risks and issues.
• Demonstrated skill in team management and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
