Senior Project Manager – Operations Excellence Programme

Job Purpose:

Lead and deliver Operations Excellence projects from start to finish. This includes planning, designing, buying, and implementing projects while working closely with internal teams and external partners. You’ll also guide other project managers and promote teamwork and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead airport projects that support company goals.
• Create and manage project documents like briefs and plans.
• Oversee all project stages: planning, design, procurement, and delivery.
• Develop testing and implementation plans to ensure project success.
• Identify and manage risks and issues.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Mentor internal and external project managers.
• Manage budgets and resources.
• Track and report project progress.
• Promote best practices in project management.
• Coordinate teams for smooth project handover.
• Ensure projects follow company policies and regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Specialization: Project Management, Business Process Reengineering, TAM, ACDM
• Certifications: APMP/PRINCE2, Engineering (preferred), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred)
• Experience:
• 10–12 years overall
• Aviation industry experience, especially with ACDM and TAM projects
• Experience managing large airport systems and process changes
