Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s overall technology strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead the R&D and iterative improvement of core products, ensuring stability, security, and an outstanding user experience tailored to the diverse needs of Asian markets.
• Solve complex challenges related to high concurrency and large-scale data processing, optimizing system performance and maintaining stability during traffic surges.
• Build and scale a high-performing technology team, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management to foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
• Establish and refine technical standards, processes, and workflows to enhance development efficiency and reduce technical risks.
• Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to integrate technology into business initiatives, ensuring strong technical enablement across functions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, guiding the team in applying innovative solutions to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field; 10+ years in internet technology R&D and management, including at least 5 years in a CTO or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven expertise in designing, developing, and operating large-scale, high-concurrency consumer-facing systems, with experience managing massive user traffic.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to inspire and align teams toward shared goals.
• In-depth understanding of the Southeast Asian internet landscape, including user behavior, technical requirements, and local compliance; prior experience in the region is highly valued.
• Resilient, results-driven, and comfortable working under pressure in a fast-moving environment, with flexibility to travel frequently between Mainland China and Southeast Asia.
• Deep passion for technology, coupled with sharp strategic insight and a drive for innovation.
