C# developer – Hedge Fund – Singapore

My client, a globally leading hedge fund, is seeking a junior C# developer to join their Operations Technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive, innovative environment alongside talented professionals, while gaining valuable exposure to trading operations and post-trade processing.

Job Description:

• Design, enhance, and support high-volume, multithreaded trade flow processing systems using .NET, distributed computing, and AWS serverless technologies.
• Make independent, risk-aware decisions while taking full responsibility for all aspects of the trade management platform.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with engineers in the UK, US, and Hong Kong, balancing strategic development with second-line support.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years in C#, .NET Core, multi-threaded programming, object-oriented design, and service-oriented applications with financial services of big tech.
• Hands-on experience with AWS serverless technologies, enterprise messaging systems, and tools like JIRA, Git, Jenkins, and Octopus Deploy.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills, with added value from Agile methodology knowledge and test-driven development experience.

This position is open only to candidates currently residing in Singapore. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
